These terms apply to one-to-one sessions provided directly by Kev Bailey through The Uncommon Heartfelt Touch.

Kev's work incorporates complementary, energetic, intuitive and spiritual approaches to healing. These terms are intended to provide clarity about how sessions are arranged, what you can expect and the choices available to you throughout your session.

Where a session is arranged through an independent clinic or venue, that organisation may have its own booking, payment and cancellation terms.

01. Arranging a Session

Sessions may take place:

  • In person with Kev

  • At participating clinics or venues

  • Online via Zoom

To enquire about or arrange a session directly with Kev, please contact him by email or telephone.
Sessions offered through an independent clinic or venue should be arranged directly with that organisation where applicable.

02. Fees & Payment

The fee and payment arrangements for sessions booked directly with Kev will be confirmed when arranging your appointment.
Where a session is provided through an independent clinic or venue, its own fees, payment arrangements and booking terms may apply.

03. Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a session booked directly with Kev, please contact him as soon as possible.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be charged at the full session fee.

Sessions arranged through an independent clinic or venue may be subject to that organisation's cancellation policy.

04. Confidentiality

Information shared during a one-to-one session will be treated respectfully and confidentially, subject to circumstances in which disclosure may be required by law or where there is a serious safeguarding concern.

Online sessions take place using Zoom and are not routinely recorded.

05. Consent & Touch

Some of Kev's in-person healing practices may involve physical touch.
Where appropriate, Kev will explain what the work involves. You are always free to ask questions, communicate your boundaries, decline any form of touch, or ask for an activity to pause or stop.

Consent is ongoing throughout a session. Agreeing to participate in a session does not remove your right to change or withdraw your consent at any time.

06. Complementary Healing & Healthcare

Kev's work is offered as a complementary approach to wellbeing, personal exploration and spiritual development.

Kev is not a medical doctor, and his healing services are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical or mental health conditions or replace appropriate professional healthcare.

Please tell Kev about any health condition, injury, pregnancy, medication or other circumstance that may be relevant to your participation in a session.
If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, or are uncertain whether a particular practice is appropriate for you, please seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

You should not delay seeking appropriate healthcare, discontinue prescribed treatment or change medication because of information provided on this website or during a session without discussing this with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

07. Healing, Energy & Individual Experience

Kev's practice may incorporate approaches including energy work, kinesiology, crystals, shamanic practices, Purple Ray and other complementary techniques. References to healing, energy, balance, transformation or similar concepts reflect the language, philosophy and experience of Kev's practice.

Healing and complementary practices are experienced differently by different people. No particular physical, emotional, energetic or spiritual outcome can be promised or guaranteed.

Historical or traditional uses of a particular practice, technique or device should not be understood as evidence that it has been medically proven to diagnose, prevent, treat or cure a health condition.

08. Mediumship, Intuition & Spiritual Practice

Some sessions may include mediumship, intuitive or spiritual information. These aspects of Kev's work are offered for personal reflection and entertainment purposes and are inherently subjective. They should not be relied upon as medical, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice, and no particular communication, spiritual experience or outcome can be guaranteed.

09. Your Participation & Choice

Sessions are collaborative and individual experiences.
You are encouraged to:

  • Ask questions

  • Communicate your needs and boundaries

  • Tell Kev if something feels uncomfortable

  • Decline any particular practice or activity

  • Pause or end a session if you wish

You remain responsible for deciding whether and how you wish to participate.
